The Science of Mongering
If you want to get scientific about finding sex in other countries, we can try. Let’s first agree that sex is available in every country in the world. I don’t care where you go. For a price, you can find sex. Let’s not argue about that, OK? I have a friend who begs for me to come with him to Iran where he claims I (an American) will be treated like a king and satisfied sexually beyond my wildest desires. One of these days, I’ll take him up on it. That being said, let’s discuss two areas. The first area of study is estimating the price of a full service sexual experience in any foreign country. The second area of study is the likelihood of you finding a willing and able girlfriend (non-professional) in any foreign country in the world.
Estimating the price of a sexual experience in any country in the world:
First we’ll assume that the price of a really good, full-service, sexual encounter can be based on U.S. standards. That price is about $160. That’s the price you’ll pay for either a really good Private Residence Massage (“PRM”) or the price of an Asian Massage Parlor (“AMP”). Sure you can find it for less and you can pay more but on average, this should put you in the ballpark. Since we’re basing this equation on the U.S. we’ll need a standard by which all countries are measured and per capita income will do nicely. The recent U.S. per capita income (using PPP method) is $37,500.
Its not rocket science to assume that the lower the per capita income, the lower the price for a sexual encounter. Therefore it follows that the U.S. with a per capita income of $37,500 would be more expensive (sexually) than Singapore at $24,180, Mexico at $8,950, China at $4,990, the Philippines at $4,650, and especially Kenya at $1020. Here is a table for the figures:

Some comments about the table. This is by no means a scientific study but rather a quick look at some facts and figures by a layman (no pun intended). Singapore stands out as a pretty good economy over the rest when compared to the U.S. However, Singapore pricing is still a bargain; why? Well Singapore is pretty liberal in its immigration and visa policies. That means an abundance of working girls from other poorer nations in Asia. Therefore, it is prudent to check out the immigration policies of a country when looking for your sexual vacation. Singapore also has legalized prostitution in some restricted parts of the city. When you have legal prostitution, you also have illegal prostitution…which means price wars. Japan (not listed) is also a country where girls from other poorer Asian nations are welcomed. You will find Filipinas at bargain rates there. China has pretty strict policies regarding visas but the fairly low per capita income and the large population lead to many young women traveling to the big cities to perform their services.
Possibilities of Finding a Girlfriend in a Foreign Country:
Let’s talk about the second subject of finding a girlfriend in a foreign country. I talk about this in most of the Asian chapters of this book. Let me say this; anyone can find a girlfriend by flashing a lot of cash around. The kind of girlfriend I’m talking about is one who will engage with the average traveler on a budget. Remember, in some of these countries, $100 would feed the entire family for a month or more so even the traveler of nominal wealth can be king. How likely is it that you will be able to woo, date, and sleep with a local girl without breaking the bank and without wasting a lot of time and effort? Look at the chart above. In the column labeled PCI Percentage I’ve listed the percentage of the country’s per capita income as compared to the U.S. PCI. I would argue that any country with a PCI Percentage below 25% is highly likely to land you a young, willing, beautiful girl who will most likely sleep with you on (or before) the first date. This girl will often not even ask you for money (but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to help her out in some small way). As you get lower in the PCI Percentage rankings, you’ll find that the girls that you can approach get better and better looking. As you can see, Kenya is at 3% and it is a very target rich environment, believe me. I’ve had girls in Kenya that, if they were in the U.S. instead, would laugh at me if I hit on them. In fact, most of Africa falls under the 5% mark in the PCI Percentage. Other notables at under 10% are Jamaica, Equador, India, Honduras, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Haiti. In the 11-25% range are Morocco, Ukraine, Fiji, Panama, Russia, Malaysia, and Costa Rica.
There is nothing wrong with trying on the over 25% countries like Singapore. It can happen and I tell a story about it in this book (see Freebie in Singapore). However, it’s all about how much time, effort, and money you want to put into it. By all means, if you like the looks of women from Hong Kong, Greece, Spain, or Japan and you’re in it for the long haul…go for it! Just remember there’s a difference between finding a future wife and finding a nice, hot girl to have sex with on short notice.
Authors Note: Hopefully this guideline will give you some foresight into whether to invest some time in dating or go to the normal sex channels. My advice: Do a little of each. Try to make some dates but have a place to fall back if at the end of the evening you’re left with a raging hard-on and an appointment to “meet mommy and daddy” the next night. Have a phone number or know a place to visit where you don’t need an appointment.
