East Africa really is the best place in the world to find beautiful and willing ladies. Well I just spent a few weeks in the U.S. traveling throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. What can I say in conclusion to this book? I guess I’ll take the opportunity to re-emphasize some important points made in the previous chapters. Sex is available anywhere and it just takes a good, well-trained eye to find it. Whether you pay for it directly or indirectly it’s out there waiting to be tapped into (pun intended). If nothing else, I hope this book makes you more aware of your surroundings as you drive around your neighborhood and as you fly around the globe. When I started off on this adventure, I was young and inexperienced and very naive. I soon discovered that almost anything is for sale given a certain price. When the guys that treated us to a great karaoke night in Kofu City, Japan visited the Silicon Valley, we had to really scramble to set something up for them. I would be remiss to write a book like this without some “safe and sane” advice. Please be safe in your sexual ventures. Use a condom! Have your girlfriend tested for STDs. Generally…be smart. There is a ton of information on this stuff out there but I’ll touch on a couple important points…and make it quick.

STDs – There’s nothing that pisses me off more than a report from SFRedbook or WSG where the guy is bragging about talking the girl into sex without a condom. Blowjobs are one thing but intercourse is another. I don’t want your bugs and you don’t want mine! If you have bare back sex with a girl and write about it, there’s a girl I will avoid like the plague. Even if you’re an upstanding, clean, drug free dude…if you talked her into it then some other not so clean dude can too. If you want to get scientific about finding sex in other countries, we can try. Let’s first agree that sex is available in every country in the world. I don’t care where you go. For a price, you can find sex. Let’s not argue about that, OK? I have a friend who begs for me to come with him to Iran where he claims I (an American) will be treated like a king and satisfied sexually beyond my wildest desires. One of these days, I’ll take him up on it. That being said, let’s discuss two areas. The first area of study is estimating the price of a full service sexual experience in any foreign country. The second area of study is the likelihood of you finding a willing and able girlfriend (non-professional) in any foreign country in the world.

Estimating the price of a sexual experience in any country in the world:
First we’ll assume that the price of a really good, full-service, sexual encounter can be based on U.S. standards. That price is about $160. That’s the price you’ll pay for either a really good Private Residence Massage (“PRM”) or the price of an Asian Massage Parlor (“AMP”). Sure you can find it for less and you can pay more but on average, this should put you in the ballpark. Since we’re basing this equation on the U.S. we’ll need a standard by which all countries are measured and per capita income will do nicely. The recent U.S. per capita income (using PPP method) is $37,500.

Its not rocket science to assume that the lower the per capita income, the lower the price for a sexual encounter. Therefore it follows that the U.S. with a per capita income of $37,500 would be more expensive (sexually) than Singapore at $24,180, Mexico at $8,950, China at $4,990, the Philippines at $4,650, and especially Kenya at $1020. Here is a table for the figures:

Some comments about the table. This is by no means a scientific study but rather a quick look at some facts and figures by a layman (no pun intended). Singapore stands out as a pretty good economy over the rest when compared to the U.S. However, Singapore pricing is still a bargain; why? Well Singapore is pretty liberal in its immigration and visa policies. That means an abundance of working girls from other poorer nations in Asia. Therefore, it is prudent to check out the immigration policies of a country when looking for your sexual vacation. Singapore also has legalized prostitution in some restricted parts of the city. When you have legal prostitution, you also have illegal prostitution…which means price wars. Japan (not listed) is also a country where girls from other poorer Asian nations are welcomed. You will find Filipinas at bargain rates there. China has pretty strict policies regarding visas but the fairly low per capita income and the large population lead to many young women traveling to the big cities to perform their services.

Possibilities of Finding a Girlfriend in a Foreign Country:

Let’s talk about the second subject of finding a girlfriend in a foreign country. I talk about this in most of the Asian chapters of this book. Let me say this; anyone can find a girlfriend by flashing a lot of cash around. The kind of girlfriend I’m talking about is one who will engage with the average traveler on a budget. Remember, in some of these countries, $100 would feed the entire family for a month or more so even the traveler of nominal wealth can be king. How likely is it that you will be able to woo, date, and sleep with a local girl without breaking the bank and without wasting a lot of time and effort? Look at the chart above. In the column labeled PCI Percentage I’ve listed the percentage of the country’s per capita income as compared to the U.S. PCI. I would argue that any country with a PCI Percentage below 25% is highly likely to land you a young, willing, beautiful girl who will most likely sleep with you on (or before) the first date. This girl will often not even ask you for money (but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to help her out in some small way). As you get lower in the PCI Percentage rankings, you’ll find that the girls that you can approach get better and better looking. As you can see, Kenya is at 3% and it is a very target rich environment, believe me. I’ve had girls in Kenya that, if they were in the U.S. instead, would laugh at me if I hit on them. In fact, most of Africa falls under the 5% mark in the PCI Percentage. Other notables at under 10% are Jamaica, Equador, India, Honduras, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Haiti. In the 11-25% range are Morocco, Ukraine, Fiji, Panama, Russia, Malaysia, and Costa Rica.
There is nothing wrong with trying on the over 25% countries like Singapore. It can happen and I tell a story about it in this book (see Freebie in Singapore). However, it’s all about how much time, effort, and money you want to put into it. By all means, if you like the looks of women from Hong Kong, Greece, Spain, or Japan and you’re in it for the long haul…go for it! Just remember there’s a difference between finding a future wife and finding a nice, hot girl to have sex with on short notice.

Authors Note: Hopefully this guideline will give you some foresight into whether to invest some time in dating or go to the normal sex channels. My advice: Do a little of each. Taxi Drivers
Taxi drivers almost always know what’s up. If you want to find a local brothel or massage parlor, you can ask almost any taxi driver. Just be aware that the driver is likely going to take you to the place that pays him the best finder’s fee. This is not always a bad thing but you need to be aware that his place is not the only game in town. Also, before you just burst into a brothel conversation, size the taxi guy up a bit. Can you trust him? I like to find one driver and get his cell phone number. Use him for awhile and when you’ve built up a relationship you can ask him anything. Lastly, if he takes you somewhere out of the way, ask him if he can wait and how much it will cost. In some cities, the girls advertise in the public phone booths. This is common in Tokyo, London, San Francisco, Vancouver B.C. and other places. Good luck figuring out which card to respond to in Tokyo!

Valet/Bell Boy
Don’t bother to embarrass yourself asking the concierge at your hotel about where to find a good time. Half the time they’re women and most of the time there are people milling about listening in on your conversation. Find a valet or bell hop that looks like he might know a thing or two. Africa is a must see in your lifetime. It is a beautiful place filled with rich history and the most awe-inspiring sights in the world. African women are also awe-inspiring. African women are strong and fit. They can keep very tight bodies well into their 40s. The African woman’s breasts have a beautiful shape and stand up (literally) to the test of time.
The thing to know about East Africa is that it is highly conservative outside of the large cities and towns. That means you will find more action and more liberal thinking in the larger cities and towns. For example, in Nairobi you will find sleeveless blouses, short skirts, bare midriffs, etc. Drive one or two hours and you will not find those things. I have found that the conservatism is mostly skin deep. A woman may dress appropriately for her town or village but inside she’s a cauldron of smoking hot lusts and exotic desires. In fact, just telling a woman she looks nice (or “smart” as they say) can be perceived as a “come on”. Inside, the African woman is very casual about sexual encounters. It is a status symbol to have a “Mzungu” (white) boyfriend. An African woman will assume that any date leads to a trip to your room. She will make your satisfaction her priority. Author’s Experience: The other advantage to mongering in East Africa is the ability to act upon your wildest fantasies. Do you want two girls at the same time? Do you want her to play with her toys? Street Scene
My recommendation is to avoid this scene all together. The police in Africa are the most corrupt in all the world. You can bet if there’s a sting operation or if a police officer catches you doing something lewd in your car, you’ll spend some time in jail or (if you’re lucky) you’ll pay a hefty bribe (worth many multiples more than the sex you wanted). So avoid the street walkers (you shouldn’t be trolling the streets at night anyway) and avoid trying to save a buck by having some hooker blow you in your car. Just too dangerous!

Bar Scene
The bar scene is a good way to find a girl in a pinch. Usually the girls that frequent bars at night are (a) just girlfriends for a night on the town or (b) professionals, or (c) a combination of both. It’s the “c” girls you’re looking for in this case. Regarding pricing of bar girls, you will find that the pros will try to charge more than what’s really fair. It’s hard for them to tell a rich UN worker from a frugal traveler so the price will usually start high. It may or may not be negotiable depending on the girl, the night, and you. I’ve been quoted as high as $77 for a blowjob (wouldn’t negotiate and therefore we parted ways) and paid as low as $8 for one (never discussed money…gave her 500 shillings and bought her two beers). Generally, and some of you may argue with me over this one, I think you should be able to negotiate $15 for a BJ and $30 for full sex. This excludes cab fare and hotel room of course.

Author’s Experience: Note that African women are not that keen to discuss the details of money for sex. Only the seasoned professionals will attempt to agree on a price before they go anywhere or do anything with you. In Africa, you need to figure that a girl with a well paying job can make about $7.50 per day…and that’s rare. So keep that in mind when you are “giving you girl a gift” or “helping with cab fare” after an awesome blowjob and fuck. Don’t overpay. It ruins it for the rest of us.

The Homely Friend
Inevitably, if you visit a few bars, you will make acquaintance with a woman (who’s looking for action) that’s just not your type. She may be older or not-so-pretty or have bad breath…whatever. Be nice to her because she likely can help you find your love connection for the cost of a couple beers. You should be honest with her. Tell her that she’s just not your type and see what happens. She’ll either move on or she’ll tell you she has friends to set you up with. It’s OK to take her number and call her for advice later too. The following week, call her up and tell her you have a friend who’s looking for a slender Ethiopian looking woman with big tits. See what she comes up with. I have used this type of relationship to secure a cheap, clean and secure place to bring a “date”. She makes about $14 and I don’t have to expose myself to the world of hotel cashiers and security guards.

Adult Friend Finder
Once again, I’ll plug Adult Friend Finder as a place to prepare (ahead of time) for your visit. If you can develop a relationship for about a month before your trip, you’ll be in good shape when your plane hits the ground. With AFF relationships, you should try to morph them into an email relationship (see chapter on email) and a Yahoo Messenger relationship. The reason for this is that it’s just easier to access Yahoo and YM in the third world. You can find webcams at most web cafes in Africa so when you hit the ground, you can begin sharing your image with your new African friend. As I state in one of my other chapters, I once set up a date who was instantly not attracted to me. She did however set me up with her very hot friend who I see to this day.

Massage Parlors
In any of the major newspapers, there will be a section in the classified where the massage girls advertise. Sometimes the section will be entitled “Beauty”, or “Health” but you’ll know it when you see it. The ads are short and to the point. They’ll usually state the place, the cost and their phone number. This is a hit and miss experiment. Not that you shouldn’t try but just know that you may spend a couple of hours meeting and rejecting potential masseuses. The rates are usually between $8 and $15 for an hour. Know, in advance, what the rate for a legitimate massage is and you’ll know what to expect in up-charges. Also be aware that if a girl spends 45 minutes teasing your ass and brushing past your testicles and dick with her fingernails, you’ll probably agree to pay her more than you want…to finish the job. Lesson: Negotiate first. I have not tried any of these places out but will probably do so. I’d expect to get hit up for around $50 FS and be able to negotiate down to $30.

Salons (w/ Massage)
Most salons with legitimate massage services are pretty tough on their girls about doing any extras for the client. It depends on the place. If you go to a nice place that’s in a shopping mall (by nice I mean you could envision it in the U.S. as a legitimate spa) chances are the girls (even if they like you) will be too frightened to lose their jobs to provide you with a “happy ending” massage. This is not to say these places are a waste of time. If you have a very attractive masseuse, she will be fair game for dating after work (see Simply Dating below). If you don’t really care about your current, nervous masseuse, you can always ask her if she thinks any of the other masseuses will provide what you’re looking for. Then you can make an appointment with that one. I personally have been working on one particular masseuse for over a year. Just last week I was able to convince her to meet me for a drink and we ended up in my hotel room. Was it worth the work and wait? You bet! Remember, these girls will charge about $20 for a massage but they only get about $8 of it. It’s never a bad idea to see if they’ll do a “hotel massage” for you where they can keep the whole $20. That’s like ½ a month’s rent to most of them.

Simply Dating
Maybe even more so than in the Philippines, the real date is easy to achieve in Africa. As stated above, a simple greeting and a comment about how “smart” a girl looks can put her on the alert. You’ll know almost instantly if she’s game or not. If you find someone with an attractive hairdo (there are many) you can ask her if you can touch it. Again, judge her reaction to that. If there’s still doubt, ask her if she’s married. The African woman will not understand a lot of subtlety so you’ll have to be somewhat direct. E.g., “Would you like to have dinner (or drinks) with me later?” works a lot better than, ‘I’m new in town. Can you suggest a restaurant?” If you arrange a time to meet a girl, don’t be worried if she doesn’t show up right on time. She will not stand you up…she’s just African and that means she’s on African time. You’re best to have her phone number and call her in 20 minute intervals to find out where she is in the process. If you’re having drinks and want her to go back to your room, she may act shy. If so, just tell her, “Come on. I’m taking you somewhere else.” It took me awhile to figure that one out. African girls (not that its right) are used to being subservient. They may not “want” to make that decision to go to your room. Make it for them but never force them if they continue to resist. If you’re dating a girl, there’s usually no money implied. It is nice though (especially if you want to see her again) to send her on her way with cab fare and a “small gift”. You can make the call on the gift or even choose not to provide it. If you do make a contribution, know that you will be expected to provide that gift with subsequent visits. $15 – $30 will usually suffice.

Author’s Experience: Hotel rooms in East Africa can go for as little as $6 and as much as $300+ Some hotels are girl friendly and some are not. Some hotels require that you make “friends” with the security guard(s) that are plentiful. $5 (equivalent in local currency) placed in the hand of a security guard will usually buy you some peace and quiet and you’ll avoid a room up-charge the next morning when you check out.
If you’re traveling alone, you may want to use a room that can be your base and a place you bring girls. In that case, either rent a double room and tell the desk clerk your African wife is coming later or make friends with security and bribe them to look the other way. You won’t need to explain this to them. If you hand a guy 200 Kenyan shillings for no reason, he knows you’ve just paid him for a future favor. Be sure to tip the right guy though…you don’t want to tip the day staff and have to do it all over agin for the night shift! If you’re traveling with others who need not be aware of your indiscretions, find an alternate hotel. There are plenty of hotels in Kenya that are hip to your needs. They charge between $8 and $16 for a room. Use one of the sources above to help you locate such an establishment. If you pick up a girl in a bar, she’ll know where to go too. Be cautious about bounding off with one or two girls to their place. You don’t want to be stranded, cornered, or worse because your little head is doing all the thinking! First “dates” should be on your home turf or at least on neutral ground…like a hotel.

Exploring Your New Relationship(s)
Before your new friend falls in love with you (provided that is not your intention) test her limits a bit. This is where your fantasy life can either take off or not. Ask her if she has a friend she can bring along next time. Ask her if she has toys. Ask her if minds if you take some photos of her next time. Whatever your wildest fantasies are, ask her how she feels about them? The worst she can say is “no”. I think you’ll find that most African women are very liberal with their sexuality once you’ve engaged in sex with them. Unless, they are hyper-sensitive and fall in love very easily, their goal is still to make you happy. My method is to tell them straight away that I am not looking for a relationship because I make a terrible boyfriend. I set them up for disappointment and then surprise them with calls. It seems to work most of the time. You should be aware that a woman will eventually either fall in love with you (or at least the idea of being with you) or she’ll fall out of love with you. There’s a fine line between treating a woman like a girlfriend and treating her like a whore. That’s why I’m always respectful of the women but I also always make sure there’s a business element to our rendezvous’. Start taking advantage of freebies and you have a girlfriend my friend!

African Dating Sites
If you enter a web café in Africa you will undoubtedly see most of the African surfing educational sites, visa-related sites, porn, or dating sites. It seems there’s a new dating site for Africans that crops up about every two weeks. I have not ventured too far into these sites but I would think, that like AFF, these sites are good for finding your “love connection” in East Africa. I won’t bother to name any here but you can always Google “Tanzania dating” or whatever. You will get a bunch of hits and can proceed from there. I’ll just say this…high speed internet has not really hit the East Coast of Africa as of this writing. Therefore, a lot of sites get going and then peter out. In other words, don’t spend a lot of money buying a membership to a site that has only 20 fat, middle-aged, HIV positive, men looking for women.

Author’s Experience: I have recently seen beautiful African women in the cyber cafes sporting headphones and microphones. Upon closer inspection, they are often chatting with men using Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger. There may be an opportunity here to sit next to them and meet them in person. If they’re there trolling for internet dates, you may be able to “cut out the middle man” and do a live chat over coffee in the restaurant next door. I’m going to attempt this the next time I see this happening!

Author’s Experience: Africa is one of those places where it’s easy to bite off more than you can chew. Therefore, be careful that you don’t get too many women on the line. It’ll be hard to keep up with them and you should expect the occasional call for monetary help. The last thing you want is for five different women (who all consider you their boyfriend) to ask you for a $100 loan at the same time. My advice is to find one girl you can help with rent for a semi-exclusive type of arrangement. Then experiment as you need with other girls but don’t form a bf/gf relationship with them. That way you always have a place to stay and a warm body to fondle but you aren’t responsible for 5 different women. Currently, I’m trying to extract myself from relationships; 2 masseuses need to go, 2 masseuses need to stay, and one girl who has the oral skills of Kobe Tai cannot be left behind. Still that leaves 3 girls which is a bitch to juggle. Thankfully they don’t live in my hometown.

5 Tips for Successful Mongering in Africa:

1) Africa is definitely a place to make some eye contact if you are interested in a woman. Hiring an outright pro should be your back up plan here. You’re much better off finding a beautiful girl who likes foreigners. You’ll know very quickly if the girl is interested. If she returns your stares, smiles and generally looks interested, she is. Now you just have to close the deal. If she’s a pro, she’ll come to you. If not, you may have to be a little bold and ask her out. I can almost guarantee that if you take an African woman to dinner, you can end up in bed with her that night.
2) By all means visit the bars but have a story ready in case you are latched onto by someone less than desirable. If you visit a bar or nightclub after 8:00 you will almost certainly be hit on by one or more girls. They know what time it is. I was talking to one girl in a bar one night and asked her to take a walk. She readily agreed and we ended up in my car. That was the one time I risked the quickie blowjob in the front seat. It was great but never again will I risk it. The police are too corrupt.
3) Check into the dating sites. In Africa, more than anywhere, there are many, many women wanting to date, marry, and have babies with, a white or Indian guy. I say that both as an encouragement and a warning. Try AFF and Google “[country] dating”. You will find many sites that cater to the African women on the hunt.
4) Try the World Sex Guide for recommendations. There are many helpful members that will introduce you to willing women. I for one have set people up for a good time. Not pimping, mind you, but just helping a brother out. I receive no financial gain but I do expect the favor to be returned if possible.
5) Once you have a girl, probe her a bit about your fantasies before she falls in love with you. Do you want a threesome? Do you want her to blow you in a movie theater? African women are awesome and will do a hell of a lot to please their man.
